He is a dynamic personality with over 25 years of experience in the field with a vision to deal in best quality gemstones around the world and change the face of jewelry trades globally by upholding strict standards and being an architect of modern enterprise. He learnt the nitty-gritty of gemstones business at a very young age through vigorous on-the job training which helped him understand the minutest nuances & intricacies of gemstones. After gaining the knowledge & expertise, he started his journey by establishing his business in Bangkok, Thailand. He travelled around the world to exhibit his unique & handpicked top-quality gemstones while keeping his base in Bangkok for over a decade. Gemstones business is his passion and he takes pride in selecting every piece of stone carefully which makes it best in class. He has made Hand-crafted , unique natural stones from across the world accessible to jewelry-lovers searching for a personal piece of beauty that’s built to last. Most of his customers have turned from buyers to close knit friends like family. The latest trends, upcoming colour are always kept in mind while making decisions about the client's buying. One of the high points of his illustrious career has been to innovatively bring down the cost making gemstones that much more affordable for buyers. Apart from gemstones business he is actively associated with various not for profit organization. He sits on the board of many esteemed organizations like Jaipur Jewels Foundation(Founder President), Jain International Trade organization, Akhil Bhartiya Terapanth Yuvak Parishad (Chief Convener), Confederation of Indian Industry , Anuvrat vishva Bharti(Secretary) , Indian Red cross society , National Blood transfusion council(member of expert working group) where he is giving his active services. Under his able leadership, a Blood Donation Program named Mega blood donation drive by Akhil Bhartiya Terapanth yuvak parishad ,he conducted made its way to Guiness book of world record and many other books of records like Asia books of records , India books of record ,Global records ,Asia pacific records. Mr. TOM is a Gold Medalist from Rajasthan university and has done advance Diploma In Computer Integrated Management from university of Indianapolis.

Sapna Bhandia

Sapna Bhandia did her Master in Financial Management from Symbiosis institute of management studies in India and subsequently pursued a degree in Jewlery Designing from Bangkok. For almost a decade, she worked with a wide range of companies, from mid-sized to multi-nationals, such as ICMR , ICICI Bank, Kedia jewels where she learnt the importance of being disciplined, organized and transparent in dealings. After gaining the corporate experience, she decided to jump into entrepreneurship (Sidh Sidhi Gems) where she applied the wealth of her practical knowledge.

Her journey with Sidh Sidhi Gems began in 2005 when she relocated to Bangkok from India and since then she never looked back. She defined and put into effect, the core values and principles, on whose foundation Sidh Sidhi Gems flourished by leaps and bounds. With a friendly attitude and an inspiring demeanor, she has garnered the trust of innumerable customers.

Apart from Gemstones business, she is also associated with various NGOs like Terapanth Mahila Mandal where she has given her services as a Treasurer.

Veena Jain

Veena Jain has been associated with the Jewellery business (gemstones and ornaments) for around 40 years. She started the entrepreneurial journey by helping in the family business of silver setting ornaments in 1983 and overtime picked up the passion to become an expert in the field. She is very energetic and dynamic even at a age of 60. Her eye for detail and wisdom is an inspiration to everyone at Sidh Sidhi gems. She has followed the golden principles of honesty, integrity and hard work throughout her career and through her acts inspired others to do so in everything that is done at Sidh Sidhi. She plays a significant role in functioning of Sidh Sidhi Gems and in taking it to new heights.

Outside of work, she is an active Social worker associated with various NGOs and believes in giving back to the society. She has done her M.A in Jainology and is one among few Jain Scholars in India.
